I used an OEM LUK flywheel and upgraded to a 4-puck Sachs clutch.
Ahojte, riešim výmenu zotrvačníka na škoda superb 2017 a zaujimalo by ma, či niekto máte skúsenosť s dielami, ktoré sú z prvovýroby od značky Luk.
I used to have a maxi and some grip tape on the flywheel, and just kicking the flywheel fast, like flicking a bic lighter itd start up
I'm running a Sachs with an RSR kit and it's been flawless for many years and miles.
I can answer that. i too upgraded my clutch in my 6R with a RSR kit from HS Tuning and even though my stock original flywheel was not too bad of a shape, i opted to have it replaced since i was putting everything else new. So i opted with the LUK version.
Luk is a solid brand. You can get a brand new Luk flywheel for $68 which is only a few bucks more than having your oem one turned. Probably worth it to have a nice clean perfect surface to mate the clutch to.
I read somewhere that some aftermarket flywheels (maybe Luk) were manufactured incorrectly and cause problems like the one you have now.
I recently replaced the flywheel and clutch in my '09 135i with an exedy kit which ended up just being repackaged Luk components. The old one was also a Luk and identical to the new one. I think most "aftermarket" kits just repackage the Luk flywheels or machine their own single mass ones. Only had it for a month, so can't judge longevity.
I bought a flywheel LUK off rockauto. It missed the qc also, one bolt hole lined up perfectly; out of 6.
Imao sam isti problem. LUK nov zamajac... prolupao nakon mjesec dana.
