I had exactly the same issue with a Skoda Superb 2020 TDI. With just over 60k Kms on the car, all 4 discs and pads have been changed due to corrosion. While the cost is a stinker, the fact that the braking performance is rubbish makes it worse.
Pros: braking performance is rubbish
Cons: discs and pads corroded
