I switched to a Mazda 3 as a daily but I loved the CX-50, CX-5, and no doubt in my mind the Mazda 6 holds its place.\n\nThe layout under the hood was similar to my 13' fusion. Changing oil was easier, engine air filter was easier, cabin air filter was easier.
Best Cabin filter for Mazda 3
Cabin air filters are dirt cheap and easy to swap yourself, but people forget about them and shops love to charge stupid amounts of money to replace them for you.
i replaced the cabin air filter on my 2016 mazda3 for ~$10, took me only a few minutes.
I have a 2015 3, bought the DENSO from Rock Auto, fit perfectly.
Can confirm I bought the CF11811 for my 2018 and it was the correct size!
Not nearly as bad as some of the others listed here, but absurd for what it is: cabin air filter for a first-gen Mazda3.
Given that they're charging $95 for a cabin air filter, it's highly likely that they're overpriced.
Cabin air filter, first gen Mazda 3. Getting to the filter is a pain.
