My 2018 did the same thing and it ended up being the ignition coils and spark plugs that needed replacing.

Best Ignition coil for Hyundai Elantra
I have a 2017 with the 2.0L. 102k miles. Got the Beck Arnley gen2 coils & Denso plugs gapped at 0.032 and have issues misfiring under load in 5th & 6th gear. Also happens more with the AC on. Otherwise it drives fine.

Replaced with Delphi coils and it hardly bucks, still does but not as bad as oem once in a blue moon for a half a sec.
