If you get the optional 6 speed auto it will be a lot better than the old sloppy 4 speed which was a standard box
Owner reviews for automatic transmission
Good afternoon, congratulation, keep him as long as you can, its worth it. My Toyota Ipsum / Picnic from 1998 is on 313 500 kilometers with automatic transmission.
Definitely. The Z4 is plenty comfortable, and the ZF 8-speed auto is terrific in any situation.
Falcon auto gearbox superior to commodore auto though.
The auto in the NC and ND are far better than the old NA and NB ones.
BMW manuals are a bit "notchy". I have to say their ZF automatics are a lot better.
In video games the SLR McLaren is always bulky and slow compared to its peers. It is heavy, front-mid engine, 5 gear automatic transmission with sensible gear ratios for real life driving but poor performance for all out racing.
The only thing I don\u2019t like about my F87 M2 is the automatic transmission. It\u2019s noisy, jerky and uncomfortable. Not a premium transmission. Fast, but not good.
WRX automatics really don't give the experience is my belief.
I *hated* the 2025 Honda Civic Sport (150 HP). I couldn't wait to get rid of it. In my opinion, the automatic transmission makes weird decisions on shifting at low speeds. Normal mode often seemed to be in the wrong gear. Sport mode never shifts to your top gear.
