Reviews of XYG windshield

I have a 2021 Lexus ux, my windshield was cracked so I went to dealership to replace the windshield. They installed the aftermarket windshield which XYG.

We use either xyg or fuayo glass, which are both aftermarket and we havnt any problems with Honda's

Most dealers do NOT install glass. They will often contract with a local independent glass installer who will do the work exactly as if you went to them direct, but the dealer will significantly pad the bill for providing no value add. There are plenty of capable independent glass installers who have access to OEM authorized calibration tools and OE glass. Just Don\u2019t get Xyg glass, it is garbage.

I've noticed this on XYG glass, never noticed it on pilkington or PPG

XYG is a very common budget replacement windshield. There's a lot negative things said about them, but I had an XYG windshield put in my truck and I have no complaints. There's no distortion in the glass, unlike my last windshield. Maybe I just got lucky.

XYG is either the last one i had, or this one. lol. can't remember...both of which though looked/fit perfectly fine. :thumbup:
