I have winruns as they came on the wheels I bought and waiting for them to die before I replace and honestly they’ve been great, in both dry and wet they’ve worked great

Cheap it out on 4 x Winrun tyres from China lol. They actually not bad. I had them on my TT mk3 trashed the tyres hard, driving on the edge of cliff with bold treads & before upgraded to pilot 4s. Slight improvement since having the 4s upgrade but I can’t justify the price. Those winruns are absolutely good enough. Did not feel too much difference.
Winruns are actually a half decent tyre. Not bad in the wet either.
I bought a used BMW last year with those tires. The car drove absolutely horribly. Putting on a different set of wheels/tires with nothing special tires was like changing all 4 struts. Those Winruns have the most outrageously out of control vertical/sidewall control that I've ever seen in a radial car tire. It's a constant bobbing up and down.
The Winrun R330 has achieved mixed results in tests, particularly showing weak performance in wet conditions with longer braking distances and unsafe handling. In dry conditions, the handling is better, but the performance remains behind well-known competitors. For price-conscious drivers with low performance requirements, it can be an option, but it is generally not recommended due to its safety weaknesses.
They are so shit but they were on there when I got it.
Win run tyres are fkn terrible. You'll be lucky to get 20k out of em
Winrun are the cheapest of the cheap. Definitely not 'quality'.
