Replaced the filter on my 1998 Opel Vectra and the stuff that poured out of the filter looked like used engine oil. Oddly enough the car ran fine despite that.

Hi, my experience with 1.2 Puretech engine in 2020 Opel Grandland is not good. Just after the warranty has ended there was a red oil pressure alert, went to the mechanic (at around 60k km). The workshop said the engine had almost no lubrication because rubber timing belt is falling apart and the junk has blocked oil sump.
water pump on an Astra. Should have come out easily but whoever put it in used a shitload of some adhesive or some shit, and it was rusted as hell. Ended up having to break the pump into fucken pieces to get it out.
