Reviews of Motorcraft battery

Motorcraft batteries are just not good. I had my [Ecoboost] battery replaced under warranty. First, I noticed the auto start stop at stoplights stopped working, then messages like this, then the battery wouldn't start the truck.

I worked for Autozone in 2004. I had a 1993 Ranger come in with a slow crank and wanted the battery tested. It was the original motor craft battery. To this date it’s still the oldest working one I have ever seen.

I replaced mine with the identical Motorcraft battery. I figured if it lasted 6 1/2 years, so it must be a decent battery.

All of our 2022 fleet f250’s needed new batteries within 18 months of use. Steer clear of motorcraft batteries as well.

Still had the original dated 91 Morotrcraft battery in it cranking away. 12 or 13 years of daily driver duties in North Dafuckingkota and our hardcore winters, on a battery?! Sometimes they nail it.

I own a 2006 Ford F-350 with a 6.0, have always ran Motorcraft brand batteries(I work for Ford) but lately I feel like they are not as good of quality as they have always been. My current set is just shy of 3 years old and both are now testing bad. I do have a permanently mounted battery tender that I plug in almost every night and the charging system and cables are in excellent shape.

My 03 Taurus had a Motorcraft battery with a mid 04 date on it.

Served valiantly until Fall 14 when I finally replaced it. Somehow started in -25 winter early 2014.
