I had a similar problem with my 19 forte and it was because I never changed the engine air filter and the MAF was really dirty. I changed filter and cleaned the MAF and the car worked perfect but when it was dirty the car would shut off when slowing down or at complete stop.
Pros: car worked perfect
Cons: car would shut off
