Just got a case of DW fixed on my bone stock 2012 JK. Bad tires/imbalanced wheels and alignment was off. Hitting a bump at 65 on the Parkway would set DW off pretty bad.

Pros: fixed DW, good to go
Cons: bad tires, alignment off
Mileage: 180000 km

Toyo Tires

I've run the AT3's for the last three years and love them. Better than KO2's, Dura's, and Ridgegrapplers that i've run. All in 35', DD JKU. I'm in CO, so snow, rain, mud and weekend wheeling. They are the best all around. The GY are the best in the snow, but the Toyo's are a close second. I do feel like they won't have the mileage of either the Dura's or the KO2's. Only downside I see.

Pros: best all around, great
Cons: mileage could be better

Just got the Toyo Open Country RT Trails in LT 315 70R 17. Replaced my well worn Toyo AT IIs. They’re on my ‘17 JKU with 4 inch lift. I can tell you I hear no discernible difference from the AT IIs which had very little road noise either. The RTs feel great and look even better. I’ve not had them in the dirt yet but on pavement they’re excellent. I love them.

Pros: feel great, look better
Cons: not tested in dirt

Ran Wildpeak A/T on my 2012 Wrangler. Absolutely loved them. Rode great, great traction, very little road noise. Put almost 55K on them before trading the Wrangler in on a new truck.

Pros: rode great, great traction
Cons: none
Mileage: 55000 km

OEM Jeep Tires

I had that happen and the dealer installed an additional stabilizer bar. I have a 22 and that was about the same mileage. I now need tires at 60k and is happening occasionally, but this time I attribute to the tires.

Pros: stabilizer bar resolved issue
Cons: need tires
Mileage: 60000 km

COMFORSER Tires

I ran a set for 45k kilometres on my TJ with suspension aligned nicely and liked them. Hard tyre, so wet grip when cold is below average.

Pros: good mileage, liked them
Cons: hard tyre, poor wet grip
Mileage: 45000 km

Absolutely horrendous. I bough a new 2024 Keep Wrangler with Nexen tires for rural mail delivery (a mixture of dirt and paved roads) back in October. When I hit 16,000 miles a couple months ago, the front left tire steel belt shredded and a hole bubbled through the middle of the tread creating a slow leak. The other three tire worn down to about 2/32" and were showing chunking and shredding as well. I submitted claims on these tires with Nexen. Their response was that I have overinflated the tires and that it was a. end of life issue.

Pros: slow leak
Cons: absolutely horrendous
Mileage: 25750 km
