In my case, the Webasto water pump was faulty. You can hear the pump when it's running.

You should be able to hear the pump ticking when you run the test in VCDS. One of mine broke and it is replaceable with a cheap Chinese pump off ebay, but it is a real pain to get to as the supply fuel pipe to it is really short; I extended my pipe on replacement to make it easier to change in the future. It is hidden above the rear left level sensor area.

My Auxilliary Heater stopped working a few weeks ago. The car is under warranty so I took it to the main dealer. They did a diagnosis and it came up with a "Glowplug with flame monitoring error". They changed the glowplug but they said it still doesn't work
