I got a 49cc Bintelli Sprint brand new for about 2K. The only problem I have with it is it needs a kick start on cold nights. The only maintenance I've done is change the oil, spark plugs (unnecessary) and lube the Kickstarter.
Pros: easy maintenance
Cons: needs kick start
